Aneta Montano
Co-Founder and President

Aneta Montano is a psychologist, therapist, academic lecturer, and Co-Founder and President of the NOVUS Foundation.
She serves as Program Director of Theology and Counseling Studies (TC Studies) at WBST – International Theological College in Warsaw, where she teaches psychology, communication, and leadership. Aneta holds an MBA from Webster University and a Master’s degree in Psychology. She is also engaged in clinical research with the Maria Skłodowska-Curie National Research Institute of Oncology, studying the impact of psychological interventions on the immune response of cancer patients.
As a Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) practitioner, Aneta provides counseling from a Christian worldview in both Polish and English, working with individuals, leaders, and marriages.
As President of the NOVUS Foundation, she leads the organization’s strategic development with a focus on growth, systems thinking, and education as a key driver of societal transformation. She believes that education grounded in Christian values is one of the most powerful leverage points for changing nations, and that Christian counseling plays a vital role in strengthening families, supporting communities, and building resilient societies.
Her leadership is shaped by a clear mission to form compassionate, wise, and service-oriented leaders who can guide others with discernment and emotional maturity. She emphasizes that real change happens not only through helping individuals, but through transforming the systems that shape lives, including families, churches, and communities.
Driven by a calling to serve others, Aneta is passionate about ensuring that every person she works with, students and clients alike, experiences real and tangible growth.
