    How It Works

A Christian foundation devoted to healing and formation, keeping God at the center of all we do, legally registered and operating under Polish law.

The NOVUS Model is built on five interconnected elements that form a continuous cycle of mission, formation, and community impact.

Five core elements of the NOVUS model

EDUCATE AND EQUIP – TC Studies

TC Studies provides accredited theological and counseling formation that prepares students to serve with wisdom and emotional maturity. Made possible through a cooperation that God opened between WBST International Theological College in Warsaw and NOVUS Foundation.

This fully accredited bachelor’s degree (180 ECTS) is offered in three independent language tracks: English, Polish, and Spanish. Each track has its own native‑speaking faculty, making TC Studies a truly international program shaped by rigorous study, Christian formation, and whole‑person care.

SERVE AND SHARE – Missionary Training

Missionary training prepares believers to serve cross‑culturally with humility, clarity, and a deep understanding of people’s emotional and spiritual needs.

Through formation rooted in Scripture and practical ministry experience, students learn to share Christ’s hope wisely and compassionately in diverse contexts.

GROW ORGANIZED – Church Planting

Church planting equips leaders to establish healthy, sustainable Christian communities grounded in biblical teaching and relational care. We prepare men and women to guide congregations with integrity, cultural sensitivity, and a long‑term vision for community transformation.

CHRISTIAN COUNSELING – Establishing Counseling Centers

As we prepare students from many nations, we equip them to establish counseling ministries in their churches and communities, bringing Christ‑centered care to places where emotional and spiritual support is deeply needed. At the same time, NOVUS continues offering counseling in the NOVUS Counseling Center in Warsaw as well as online in English, Polish, and Ukrainian. This practice also gives students supervised opportunities to practice and help expand Christian counseling wherever God sends them.

HARVEST NEW STUDENTS - Recruiting

As students and alumni serve in their churches and communities, they naturally invite others who sense a similar calling to join the NOVUS mission. Their witness keeps the cycle moving, multiplying new leaders who will carry compassionate, Christ‑centered care into many nations.

A living cycle

Together, these five elements form more than a sequence. They create a living cycle.

As students serve, lead, and care for others, new students emerge from the very communities shaped by their work. What begins with one life becomes a multiplying movement of formation, service, and healing.

A cycle of mission

By the grace of God, a local vision has grown into a global mission.

Students receive theological and counseling education, gain missionary formation, and then serve in churches and communities. Some go on to plant churches in new communities or establish counseling centers. From the environments shaped by our students and programs, new students emerge. The mission multiplies.

The NOVUS Framework

The NOVUS Framework shows how formation becomes mission.

Trained leader → serving people and families → stronger families → healthier churches and communities → growing need for wise counseling → new students → new leaders formed

The cycle continues as God raises people who desire to serve with compassion, integrity, and whole‑person care.

What the NOVUS Model accomplishes

The NOVUS Model brings education, service, community development, and Christian counseling into one coherent process. It prepares leaders who can serve wisely and sustainably, strengthens families and churches, and builds local capacity for long‑term care.

Through this integrated approach, the NOVUS Model creates sustainable impact in communities and helps multiply Christ‑centered care across nations.
