TC Studies

Education is one of the most powerful points of influence in any society. 

Through prayer and discernment, we recognized that if NOVUS wanted to help not only dozens but thousands, we needed to do more than offer counseling. We needed to form people.

Theology and Counseling Studies, known as TC Studies, became that pathway. TC Studies is a fully accredited bachelor’s degree program that prepares future leaders to serve with wisdom, emotional maturity, and Christ‑centered compassion.

Accredited academic formation

Together with WBST International Theological College in Warsaw, we develop interdenominational, accredited bachelor’s studies (180 ECTS) that combine theological education with training in Christian counseling.

What students learn

Students receive formation in areas such as:

• Deep Foundations in Biblical Theology — shaping a rich, Scripture‑centered worldview for life and ministry
• Practical Christian Counseling Skills — hands‑on tools to confidently support individuals, couples, and families
• Effective Crisis Intervention Training — preparing students to respond with clarity, stability, and compassion in critical moments
• Trauma‑Informed Care & Addiction Counseling — integrating proven, evidence‑informed approaches that support healing and long‑term recovery
• Intercultural Sensitivity & Emotional Intelligence — cultivating the ability to build meaningful, respectful connections across diverse backgrounds

What makes TC Studies unique

TC Studies is one of the few programs in Europe, and the only one in Central and Eastern Europe, that integrates accredited theological education with practical training in Christian counseling and crisis intervention.

Within the TC Studies program, students earn:

• an officially accredited bachelor’s degree (180 ECTS)
• a Certificate in Biblical & Theological Studies (ECTS‑aligned)
• a Professional Certificate in Christian Counseling (WBST/NOVUS)
• an Advanced Certificate in Christian Counseling (ECTS‑based, WBST/NOVUS)

This combination of academic formation, counseling preparation, and practical ministry experience makes TC Studies uniquely positioned to equip leaders who can serve wisely, compassionately, and cross‑culturally.

Academic mobility

Graduates receive a fully accredited bachelor’s degree (180 ECTS), which allows them to continue their education at the master’s and doctoral levels. 

Because the program follows the European Qualifications Framework, students can transfer ECTS credits and pursue further studies at universities across Europe and around the world.
