At NOVUS Foundation, our work is shaped by convictions that unite Christians across many traditions. These values guide the way we care for people, form leaders, and serve communities.

Whole‑person care
We care for people as integrated beings: spiritual, emotional, relational, and physical. We honor the dignity of every person created in God’s image.

Christ‑centered 
We believe Jesus Christ is the source of true healing and hope. Everything we do seeks to reflect His compassion, wisdom, and humility.

Biblical grounding
We believe the Bible is inspired by God and provides trustworthy wisdom for understanding the human heart, relationships, and the meaning of life.

Salvation by grace
We believe that salvation is a gift of God’s grace, received through faith in Jesus Christ, not earned by human effort.

The Trinity
We affirm the Christian belief that God is Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, one God in three persons.

Unity in the essentials
We serve alongside Christians from many denominations, focusing on what unites us rather than what divides us. We avoid doctrinal debates and emphasize shared mission, shared compassion, and shared faith in Christ.

The Lausanne Covenant
We stand in agreement with the Lausanne Covenant, a global expression of evangelical unity and mission. We encourage those who are interested to explore it further through the Lausanne Movement’s official resources.
