At NOVUS, we steward every donation with transparency, responsibility, and prayerful discernment. Funds are used exactly as designated, and every initiative is carried out with integrity and accountability. 

Our path to becoming self‑sustained by 2030

As we continue to grow under God’s guidance, our goal is that by 2030 the NOVUS Foundation’s educational mission (TC Studies) will be financially self-sustaining.

Once we reach that milestone, donations will be directed toward projects such as:

• Free Christian Counseling – offering hope, healing, and the love of Christ to individuals who are hurting and unable to afford support
• Pastoral Retreats for Burnout Recovery – creating safe, restorative spaces for pastors and their families who are weary, overwhelmed, or in need of renewal
• Specialized Training for Pastors and Missionaries – equipping those in ministry with deeper skills to serve effectively in complex and challenging contexts
• Free Crisis Intervention Workshops for Teens – preparing young people to respond wisely and compassionately in moments of urgent need

We will also continue to provide scholarships, which remain one of our greatest needs. Many of our students come from regions where accredited Christian counseling education is limited or nonexistent and financially out of reach. Without scholarships, they simply cannot pursue this training.

Not a dream. It is happening

A key part of this long-term vision is already becoming reality. 

Through live-online TC Studies in English, Polish, and Spanish, we bring accredited theological and counseling education directly to students instead of requiring them to relocate to Warsaw.

Through this model, TC–Po Polsku will reach medium and small towns across Poland. TC–Español now reaches much of Latin America, and TC–English is expanding in Africa, including Ethiopia and Nigeria. Each graduate, wherever they live, is equipped to strengthen the Church, plant new ministries, and establish Christian counseling centers that serve both congregations and local communities.
