The NOVUS Foundation is an international Christian organization based in Warsaw, Poland, committed to caring for the whole person through counseling, formation, and leadership development. 

We strengthen churches, equip leaders, and support communities by uniting professional counseling practices with biblical wisdom and Christ-centered formation. As a formally registered Polish foundation, NOVUS operates with full legal recognition and accountability.

Our work is expressed through three branches:

  • NOVUS Foundation — community impact and leadership development
  • NOVUS Counseling Center — professional counseling and whole‑person emotional support
  • Theology and Counseling Studies (TC Studies) — accredited bachelor’s degree integrating theology, counseling, and formation

Our purpose

We exist to prepare competent, compassionate leaders who can serve others with integrity, cultural sensitivity, and a deep understanding of both the human mind and the human soul. Our purpose is to form people who care wisely, lead humbly, and reflect Christ’s character in every context they serve.
