Pablo J. Montano

Pablo J. Montano is a Co-Founder of the NOVUS Foundation and serves on its Advisory Council, where he plays a central role in developing the strategic direction and long-term vision of the organization. A committed servant leader, he is dedicated to Christ-centered education that unites theology, formation, and counseling to equip leaders for faithful service.
He serves as Director of the accredited Bachelor’s degree Theology and Counseling Studies (TC Studies) in Spanish at WBST – International Theological College in Warsaw, where he also oversees pastoral care, academic development, and admissions across programs.
With an academic background spanning journalism, television broadcasting, theater, and pastoral ministry shaped by significant leadership formation, Pablo brings a distinctive blend of communication insight, academic experience, and ministry practice to the Foundation. His work across South America, the United States, and Poland has shaped a conviction that Christian education can renew lives, strengthen communities, and open pathways for long-term growth.
Throughout his career, he has been actively involved in philanthropic initiatives that expand access to Christian education and support projects that rebuild healthy communities. He is especially gifted in cultivating partnerships and envisioning synergies between the NOVUS Foundation and other ministries, institutions, and organizations.
