Stanisława Nowak

Stanisława (Stasia) is an experienced special education teacher, therapist, coach, career counselor, and academic lecturer. She works in the Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) approach and specializes in Christian counseling, family therapy, and individual therapy, including oncology coaching.

For more than 30 years, Stasia has supported individuals and families with a blend of professional competence, patience, and deep care. Her gentle presence and thoughtful guidance help clients navigate seasons of challenge and growth with clarity and hope.

As Vice President of the NOVUS Foundation, she contributes to the development of training and therapeutical programs that strengthen families, support communities, and promote whole-person well-being.

Stasia’s strongest area of expertise is her work with children and teens. She is especially skilled at creating safe, supportive environments where young people feel understood and encouraged, helping them build resilience and confidence during the most formative stages of life.
